The
Texas Education Reform Foundation (TERF) is a nonprofit
501c3 corporation established in 2001 by a coalition
of the state’s most accomplished business
leaders, educators and policymakers. The Foundation’s
work is premised on the belief that broad public awareness
and understanding about school improvements is critical to
helping all students achieve at high levels. Our mission is
to strengthen the Texas’ public education system through
communication and education efforts, research and data dissemination
and forging partnerships among key education stakeholders.
